Effective: September 23, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly As used in sections 3323.31 to 3323.35 of the Revised Code, 'autism and low incidence disabilities' includes any of the following: (A) Autism;(B) Hearing impairment;(C) Multiple disabilities;(D) Orthopedic disability;(E) Other health impairment;(F) Traumatic brain injury;(G) Visual impairment.
