Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly For each student who is not a resident of this state and is enrolled in a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school under division (A)(2) of section 3326.10 of the Revised Code, the school shall determine the amount to charge to the student as tuition.
