Effective: June 30, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly Each science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school and its governing body shall enforce sections 3321.13, 3321.19, and 3321.191 of the Revised Code as if it were a school district with regard to students who are truant or otherwise absent from the school without legitimate excuse.
