Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly No board of education of a school district shall reduce the transportation it provides to students the district is not required to transport under section 3327.01 of the Revised Code, but that the district chooses to transport, during a school year after the first day of that school year.
