Effective: September 28, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 437 - 129th General Assembly The board of education of any school district that owns and operates motor vehicles for transporting pupils may permit such vehicles to be used outside this state for any lawful purpose provided the entire distance traveled outside this state on any trip does not exceed one thousand miles.
