Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly In accordance with Section 22 of Article II, Ohio Constitution, no agreement or contract entered into under this chapter shall create an obligation of state funds for a period longer than two years; however, the general assembly, every two years, may authorize renewal of any such obligation.
