Effective: December 21, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 157 - 129th General Assembly The board of trustees of a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall adopt a program of outreach to inform every city, local, and exempted village school district about the school and the procedures for admission to the school and for becoming a participating school district.
