Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections 3328.19 and 3328.191 of the Revised Code prevail over any conflicting provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or contract for employment entered into on or after the effective date of this section.
