Effective: October 9, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 263 - 133rd General Assembly Any agent's permit applied for pursuant to section 3332.10 of the Revised Code shall be granted or denied within thirty days of the receipt of the application by the state board of career colleges and schools. If the board has not completed its determination with respect to the issuance of a permit within such thirty-day period, it shall issue a temporary permit to the applicant, which permit is sufficient to meet the requirements of section 3332.10 of the Revised Code until such time as such determination is made.
