Effective: April 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 150 - 134th General Assembly Each biennium, the chancellor of higher education shall designate by rule any county with a ratio of attorneys to the population in the county equal to or less than one to seven hundred as an underserved community. The Ohio access to justice foundation, pursuant to division (A) of section 120.521 of the Revised Code, shall assist the chancellor by determining the ratio described in this section.
