Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The department of education and workforce and the chancellor of higher education shall strive to reduce unnecessary student remediation costs incurred by colleges and universities in this state, increase overall access for students to higher education, and enhance the college credit plus program in accordance with Chapter 3365. of the Revised Code.
