Effective: June 8, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 161 - 123rd General Assembly The purposes of sections 3333.37 to 3333.375 of the Revised Code are to create both of the following:(A) A scholarship program for undergraduate students who are residents of this state and are pursuing a baccalaureate degree in any field of study to encourage the retention of Ohio outstanding students;(B) A fellowship program for graduate students who are residents of this state for attendance at Ohio institutions of higher education to encourage such students to pursue fields of study that are determined to be a priority for the state in advancing its economic, technological, and academic interests.
