Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly (A) After receipt of recommendations from the scholarship rules advisory committee or if no recommendations are received, the chancellor of higher education, with the approval of the treasurer of state, shall adopt rules, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, establishing policy guidelines for the implementation of the scholarship and fellowship programs.(B) Nothing in this section or section 3333.373 of the Revised Code shall prevent the chancellor, with the approval of the treasurer of state, from amending or rescinding rules adopted pursuant to division (A) of this section, or from adopting new rules, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, from time to time as are necessary to further the purposes of sections 3333.37 to 3333.375 of the Revised Code.
