Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly No state institution of higher education, as defined in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code, shall charge a nonresident student who is a member of the armed forces of the United States and who is stationed in this state pursuant to military orders or who is a member of the Ohio national guard, or who is the spouse or dependent child of such a student, rates for tuition and fees that are higher than the rates charged to an Ohio resident.
