Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The chancellor of higher education shall conduct at least one public meeting annually, prior to deciding awards under the choose Ohio first scholarship program. At the meeting, an employee of the chancellor shall summarize the proposals submitted for consideration, and each state university or college that has a proposal pending shall have the opportunity to review the summary of their proposal prepared by the chancellor's staff and answer questions or respond to concerns about the proposal raised by the chancellor's staff.
