Effective: September 23, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly Before entering upon the duties of office the treasurer of the Ohio state university shall give evidence of bond to the state or insurance in such sum as the board of trustees determines, for the faithful discharge of official duties and the payment of all moneys coming into the treasurer's hands. Such evidence of bond or insurance shall be deposited with the secretary of state and kept in the secretary of state's office.
