Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Meetings of the board of trustees of the Ohio state university shall be called in such manner, and at such times as the board prescribes. The board shall meet at least three times annually, and at such other times as necessary for the best interest of the university. A majority of the board present at any meeting constitutes a quorum; but a majority of all the board shall be necessary to elect or remove a president or professor.
