Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of trustees of the Ohio state university shall have general supervision of all lands, buildings, and other property belonging to the university, and the control of all expenses therefor, but shall not contract a debt not previously authorized by the general assembly.
