Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The various laboratories of the college of engineering and the equipment shall be available for the use of the engineering experiment station, provided that their use for instruction and research in the regular work of the college shall take precedence over their use by the station. The director of the station may procure for temporary or permanent use such additional equipment as is needed, and install the same in the laboratories of the college or elsewhere.
