Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 281 - 134th General Assembly The board of trustees of the Ohio state university shall establish and operate an organization known as the 'Ohio rehabilitation center' for the development and application of means and methods for restoring persons with physical disabilities to positions of improved social and economic participation.
