Effective: September 14, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 996 - 104th General Assembly The board of trustees of the Ohio state university may receive and hold in trust in the name of the state and for the use and benefit of the Ohio rehabilitation center any bequest, devise, or donation of money or of real or personal property to be applied to the general or special use of the center as may be directed by the donor.
