Effective: September 14, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 996 - 104th General Assembly The board of trustees of the Ohio state university may establish by regulation the standards and processes for admission or rejection, retention, or dismissal of all persons admitted or applying for admission to the Ohio rehabilitation center and may provide by regulation for defraying the cost of rehabilitation of persons who are unable to pay all or part of such cost.
