Effective: March 16, 1982 Latest Legislation: House Bill 583 - 114th General Assembly There is hereby created the Ohio agricultural research and development center, for the pursuit of basic and applied research in agriculture, natural resources, and related subjects essential to the continued development of the state's agricultural industry and natural resources. It shall be a part of the Ohio state university, under the control, management, and supervision of the board of trustees of the university.
