Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The deeds, made under section 3337.03 of the Revised Code, shall vest in the grantee an absolute estate in fee simple in the premises, subject to all liens, equities, or rights of third persons in, to, or upon the premises.
