Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The tax collected pursuant to section 3337.08 of the Revised Code upon lands held by lease, shall be in lieu of that portion of the rents due to the Ohio university. The tax collected from railroad companies, and paid to the university, shall not include the tax upon rolling stock.
