Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly As used in this section, 'state institution of higher education' has the same meaning as in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code. Beginning in the 2008-2009 academic year, each state institution of higher education shall include in each statement of estimated or actual charges owed by a student enrolled in the institution an itemized list of the instructional fees, general fees, special purpose fees, service charges, fines, and any other fees or surcharges applicable to the student.
