Effective: July 1, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 201 - 116th General Assembly The expenditure of all moneys under sections 3345.01 to 3345.07 of the Revised Code, or for the purpose of carrying out such sections raised or secured from any source, shall be subject to the audit of the auditor of state, the cost thereof to be paid by the university or college audited.
