Effective: September 12, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 60 - 107th General Assembly The board of trustees of a state university may continue to maintain and operate the temporary dwelling accommodations made available by the federal government under Public Law No. 849, 76th Congress, as amended by Public Law No. 292, 79th Congress, to be used as temporary dwelling accommodations for students and employees in said institutions, their spouses, children, and in the case of disabled students so qualifying, their necessary attendants, at the discretion of the boards of such universities.
