Effective: April 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 139 - 129th General Assembly (A) No student trustee of a state university or the northeast Ohio medical university shall use the trusteeship to influence any grade or other evaluation of the student trustee's performance made by a member of the faculty or other employee of the university. (B) No member of the faculty or other employee of a state university or the northeast Ohio medical university shall confer any favor, advantage, preference, or other benefit on a student trustee because of the student's trusteeship.
