Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly If the board of trustees of a state institution of higher education wishes to enter into a contract, other than an installment payment contract provided under section 3345.64 of the Revised Code, to implement one or more energy or water saving measures, the board may proceed under the applicable competitive bidding requirements in Chapter 153. or section 3354.16, 3355.12, 3357.16, or 3358.10 of the Revised Code or, notwithstanding those requirements, may enter into such a contract as provided in section 3345.65 of the Revised Code.
