Effective: June 20, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 6 - 122nd General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 3345.13 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one hundred fifty dollars.(B) Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of section 3345.34 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(C) Whoever violates section 3345.78 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree.
