Effective: November 26, 1982 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 550 - 114th General Assembly Notwithstanding section 124.13 of the Revised Code, and in accordance with the intent of divisions (I) and (J) of section 3349.28 of the Revised Code, no employee of the university of Cincinnati to whom section 124.13 of the Revised Code is applicable, who became an employee of such state institution prior to the transfer of such institution to the state, shall be entitled to less vacation leave with pay than that employee would have been entitled to had such transfer not occurred.
