Effective: April 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 139 - 129th General Assembly The general assembly shall support the northeast Ohio medical university by such sums and in such manner as it may provide, but support may come from other sources. No state funds shall be provided under this section unless the university meets the requirements of section 3333.11 of the Revised Code.
