Effective: October 20, 1961 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 518 - 104th General Assembly For the purpose of preparing the official plan for a community college, pursuant to provisions of section 3354.07 of the Revised Code, the board of trustees of a community college district may receive and expend gifts, grants, bequests or devises, or public funds appropriated for such purpose.
