Effective: July 6, 1984 Latest Legislation: House Bill 794 - 115th General Assembly (A) As used in sections 3354.19 to 3354.24 of the Revised Code, 'displaced homemaker' means an individual who: (A) Is twenty-seven years of age or older;(B) Has worked without pay as a homemaker for his or her family;(C) Is not gainfully employed and has had, or would be likely to have, difficulty in securing employment; and(D) Has either been deprived of the support of a person on whom he or she was dependent, or has become ineligible for public assistance as the parent of a needy child.
