Effective: February 17, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 396 - 109th General Assembly Within thirty days after approval by the Ohio board of regents of a technical college district proposed pursuant to section 3357.02 of the Revised Code, such board shall file with the secretary of state a copy of its certification or resolution creating the district. Such copy shall be filed and recorded in the office of the secretary of state in the same manner as articles of incorporation are required to be filed and recorded under the general law concerning corporations.
