Effective: February 17, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 396 - 109th General Assembly For the purpose of preparing the official plan for a technical college, pursuant to section 3357.07 of the Revised Code, the board of trustees of a technical college district may receive and expend gifts, grants, bequests, or devises, or public funds appropriated for such purpose pursuant to law.
