Effective: September 14, 1959 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 68 - 103rd General Assembly No person shall be ineligible for membership on a board of public library trustees because of his employment by a school district or other political subdivision, provided that a majority of the members of each board of public library trustees shall be persons not employed by school districts or other political subdivisions.
