Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation grant fund consisting of Bill and Melinda Gates foundation grants awarded to the state library of Ohio. The state library board shall use the fund for the improvement of public library services, interlibrary cooperation, or other library purposes. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
