Effective: November 7, 1979 Latest Legislation: House Bill 66 - 113th General Assembly The board of trustees of a regional arts and cultural district may enter into such contracts or other arrangements with the United States government or any department thereof, with the state government of this or any other state, with counties, municipal corporations, townships, or other governmental agencies created by or under the authority of the laws of this state or any other state, with persons, and with public or private corporations as may be necessary or convenient for the exercise of the powers granted by this chapter.
