Effective: January 1, 1958 Latest Legislation: House Bill 501 - 102nd General Assembly Any former names which have been declared or submitted in accordance with section 3513.06 of the Revised Code shall be printed on the ballot in parentheses directly below the present name of such person. This section applies to both primary and general election ballots.
