Effective: May 2, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 3 - 126th General Assembly Each signature of a voter who signs an initiative or referendum petition shall be an original signature of that voter in ink. Only initiative and referendum petitions containing those original signatures in ink shall be filed with the office of the secretary of state or a board of elections.
