Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The convention shall keep a journal of its proceedings in which shall be recorded the vote of each delegate on the question of ratification of the proposed amendment to the constitution of the United States. Upon final adjournment, the journal shall be filed with the secretary of state.
