Effective: June 26, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 95 - 125th General Assembly Subject to available funds, the department of health shall establish and administer a hemophilia program to provide payment of health insurance premiums for Ohio residents who meet all of the following requirements:(A) Have been diagnosed with hemophilia or a related bleeding disorder;(B) Are at least twenty-one years of age;(C) Meet the eligibility requirements established by rules adopted under division (A)(12) of section 3701.021 of the Revised Code.
