Effective: May 6, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 463 - 125th General Assembly To the extent appropriations made by the general assembly make this possible, the director of health shall provide, for the purpose of section 3313.671 of the Revised Code, the means of immunization against chicken pox to boards of health, legislative authorities of municipal corporations, and boards of township trustees.
