Effective: February 12, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 6 - 125th General Assembly Any licensed physician practicing in this state, or the superintendent of any state or county institution, may receive without charge the quantities of antitoxin as the physician or superintendent requires for the treatment or prevention of diphtheria in indigent persons, provided such antitoxin shall be used only for persons residing in the state, and that a sufficient supply is available for distribution.
