Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Within twenty-four months of the establishment of the Parkinson's disease registry, and annually thereafter, the director of health shall submit a report to the general assembly in accordance with section 101.68 of the Revised Code summarizing the following: (A) The incidence of Parkinson's disease in Ohio by county; (B) The number of new cases reported to the Parkinson's disease registry in the previous year; (C) Demographic information including age, gender, and race.
