Effective: December 19, 1973 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 209 - 110th General Assembly As used in sections 3701.46 to 3701.50 of the Revised Code, the standard tests for syphilis and gonorrhea are tests approved by the department of health, and shall be made at a laboratory approved to make such tests by the department. Such tests as are required shall, on request of the physician submitting the specimens, be made without charge by the department.
