Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the lupus education and awareness program fund. If the department of health establishes the lupus education and awareness program, as authorized under section 3701.77 of the Revised Code, all moneys accepted under division (C) of that section shall be credited to the fund. Money in the fund shall be used solely to administer the lupus education and awareness program.
