Effective: October 15, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 110 - 131st General Assembly As used in sections 3701.921 to 3701.929 of the Revised Code:(A) 'Advanced practice registered nurse' has the same meaning as in section 4723.01 of the Revised Code.(B) 'Patient centered medical home education advisory group' means the entity established under section 3701.924 of the Revised Code.(C) 'Patient centered medical home education program' means the program established under section 3701.921 of the Revised Code and any pilot projects operated pursuant to that section.(D) 'Patient centered medical home education pilot project' means the pilot project established under section 3701.923 of the Revised Code.(E) 'Physician assistant' means a person who is licensed as a physician assistant under Chapter 4730. of the Revised Code.
